Ernest J. Moniz, Founder and CEO of EFI Foundation, wrote for Foreign Policy encouraging nuclear diplomacy between the United States, Iran, and other states for mutual security and economic prosperity. Moniz argues that by implementing a four-pronged regional fuel cycle approach, each member nation will assume responsibility for one step in the fuel cycle, preventing any singular nation from building nuclear weapons capabilities.
