Melissa Montgomery is Executive Assistant to the Principals at EFI Foundation.
Montgomery has over seven years of diverse experience working with senior-level executives. As an executive assistant at the Federal Aviation Administration, she managed the day-to-day office operations, calendar, and travel management for the director and deputy director of operations support. She successfully modified and developed new administrative policies, objectives, and regulations for the directorate. She collaborated with program managers to conduct quarterly employee engagement forums as a way to refine the directorate.
Montgomery graduated from Howard University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts in journalism.
