Yesterday, Moniz introduced the EFI Report Optionality, Flexibility & Innovation: Pathways for Deep Decarbonization in California at the Stanford Precourt Institute for Energy. His introduction of the report was followed by a presentation by Melanie Kenderdine and a panel moderated by Professor Franklin “Lynn” Orr.
