Moniz on MS Now to Analyze Negotiations with Iran 

On The Last Word with Lawrence O’Donnell, Ernest J. Moniz discussed the recently signed memorandum of understanding between the U.S. and Iran. Moniz explained that the document contains many conflicting goals and puts negotiators in a difficult position. He stated that “the objective is that Iran does not have a nuclear weapon, that is not the same as Iran does not have nuclear enrichment.”
