On October 30, 2024, the EFI Foundation hosted a webinar to discuss how communities near clean energy developments can navigate binding agreements in ways that ensure a fair and equitable process for all involved. The event outlines the findings of our newly released Navigating the Negotiation: A Community Guide to Binding Agreements in Clean Energy study, and features discussion with experts in community organizing and contract negotiation on how local communities can use binding agreements to secure benefits such as economic development and environmental protection.
