Speaking with Ali Velshi on MSNow, Ernest J. Moniz shared his thoughts on the deal between the U.S. and Saudi Arabia to support a civilian nuclear program in Saudi Arabia. Moniz indicated he is not against a nuclear deal between the two countries, but stated, “frankly I am opposed to not having the additional protocol as a requirement.” This protocol being inspection of undeclared nuclear sites, as is common with most international nuclear deals.
