Moniz assessed where the current memorandum of understanding leaves negotiations with Iran. “I think it is fair to say President Trump and Prime Minister Netanyahu, together, had in mind that they would get a solution to all the problems at once,” said Moniz, “the reality is that the MOU has backed up to only addressing the nuclear issue.”
